Named after 1968 graduate Richard Green, the Green House has occupied three homes. This was the third home, located at 827 4th Street South, from 2008 to the present.
Opened in 1973 as Mathematics and Science Center, it was renamed the Robert H. Wick Science Building in 2005 to honor Robert Wick, St. Cloud State president from 1965 to 1971.

Completed in 1906, the Old Model School served as the campus laboratory school until 1913 when Riverview opened. The Old Model School then served as the campus library until 1952 when Kiehle opened. It was demolished in 1960.
Stewart Hall, which opened in 1948 as St. Cloud State's main classroom building, was named for Warren Stewart. Stewart served as St. Cloud State resident director from 1938 to 1948.

Opened in 1966 as a student union, the building was named in honor of St. Cloud's Atwood family, including Clarence Atwood. Atwood was an 1880 St. Cloud State graduate who served as the school's resident director from 1911 to 1921. Additions were constructed in 1972 and 1993.
